Investigation Works Begin at Former Magistrates’ Court

Investigation works are now underway at the Former Magistrates’ Court in Oldham Town Centre – marking another important step forward in the delivery of up to 219 new homes in a thoughtfully designed, landscaped setting.

The scheme is part of the wider regeneration plans being delivered by Muse and Oldham Council, following the recent approval of six major planning applications across the town centre.

Funding for these works was secured by Oldham Council through the government’s One Public Estate (OPE) programme, which supports the redevelopment of brownfield land to boost local economic growth and unlock much-needed new homes.

The investigation works are expected to last approximately four to five weeks.
